I feel for the prequel trilogy what many people feel for the sequel trilogy. I grew up with the originals. I am old enough, barely, to have actually seen A New Hope on opening weekend. The prequel trilogy was awful. It has some good/interesting characters and moments but overall it just didn't feel.....I don't know.....really connected to its own lore. The sequel trilogy was even worse. Again, some interesting moments and characters, but it felt unplanned, slapdash and just so far from the Star Wars I loved that it just wasn't worth it.
